Anyone recognise this man?

After receiving a 911 call, a local county sheriffs department attended a scene where a pedestrian was struck by a train. The pedestrian’s body parts are strewn along the tracks for about a quarter of a  mile. The deputies started to collect the parts in order to identify the deceased. Eventually the head was found in a ditch beside the rails. A deputy, named Bubba Johnson picks it up the head and places it into a bag and heads back to primary site of the accident. He noticed a bar not far from the tracks. As he walks into the bar he holds the head up high for all to see and says “Does anyone recognise this guy?”

All the patrons turn on their stools and have a look. One of them pipes up and says “Well, he kinda does look like my cousin cept my cousin aint that tall.”
